Warranty
All goods have a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty provides authorized Service center of Manufacturer.
Application for warranty repair! Please complete following claim for replacement and delivery with goods.
Warranty conditions
The warranty is provided in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
1. The manufacturer guarantees that the product is free from manufacturing defects and bears the warranty period liability.
2. The seller ensures the fulfillment of the warranty obligations specified by the manufacturer of the goods for the delivered goods from the date of delivery of the goods.
3. The warranty period begins from the moment the goods are purchased from an official distributor in the territory of Latvia.
4. The warranty period for the goods is determined by the manufacturer:
4.1. Warranty period for Roline brand goods – 2 years.
4.2. Warranty period for Value brand goods – 1 year.
4.3. For other goods - the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.
5. During the warranty period, the manufacturer undertakes to eliminate the equipment defect free of charge by repairing it or exchanging it for an analogue, provided that the defect has arisen due to the fault of the equipment manufacturer, the analogue product provided for exchange can be both new and refurbished, in any case, the manufacturer guarantees that the characteristics will not be lower than the exchanged equipment.
6. The distributor exchanges the damaged equipment for an analogue within one day, provided that the analogue of the damaged product is in the Riga warehouse.
7. If the equipment is repaired during the warranty period, the warranty period is extended by the period of repair of the equipment.
8. If the remaining warranty period of the equipment is shorter than 30 days, then from the moment the warranty repair is performed, the warranty period of the equipment will be extended by 30 days.
9. The manufacturer is not responsible for the compatibility of its software with any equipment and software purchased from other manufacturers, unless this has been specifically agreed upon (documented) in advance.
10. Under no circumstances is the manufacturer responsible for any losses, including loss of data, planned, lost profits and other cases with other consequences and further losses, resulting from incorrect installation, maintenance or operation, including temporary inoperability of the equipment.
11. The manufacturer is not responsible for the warranty if the tests or analyses performed by it indicate that the indicated defect does not exist, or that it has arisen as a result of incorrect installation or operation, as well as as a result of any actions taken to obtain from the equipment the performance of functions not intended and specified by the manufacturer.
12. The warranty does not cover cleaning and maintenance of the equipment carried out at the manufacturer's expense.
13. The manufacturer is not liable for defects and damage to the equipment that have occurred due to the following reasons:
13.1. failure to comply with transportation and storage regulations, failure to comply with technical requirements regarding placement and operation
13.2. use of the equipment for purposes other than its intended purpose, failure to comply with the instructions for use
13.3. mechanical damage
13.4. the effects of natural circumstances, such as fire, flood, earthquake
13.5. if the serial number of the product (equipment) has been changed, erased or cannot be determined.
13.6. traces of unqualified repair are visible on the equipment
13.7. if changes are detected in the design or scheme of the equipment that differ from those specified by the manufacturer.
14. The warranty does not apply to the following damages
14.1. damages caused by the effects of the surrounding nature (rain, snow, hail, lightning, etc.). or natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) or household factors, random external factors (electrical outages, power fluctuations, etc.), as well as accidents
14.2. damage caused by improper transportation, storage, operation and installation of the equipment.
14.3. after repair or modification of the equipment carried out by persons not authorized by the manufacturer.
14.4. damage caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects, etc. entering the equipment,
14.5. damage caused by non-compliance of power supply, telecommunications and cable network parameters with standards and other similar external factors,
14.6. damage caused by the use of non-standard and/or poor-quality consumables, spare parts, components, accessories (accessories), various types of information media.
15. The warranty does not apply to:
15.1. equipment that has external defects - mechanical damage, cracks and scratches on the case or inside the equipment, broken antennas or contacts.
15.2. consumables, accessory sets (accessories) and power supplies
15.3. equipment components and elements that are subject to natural wear and tear
The person who installed the device is responsible for the correctness and quality of the installation. We ask you to pay attention to the importance of correctly installing the device both for its operational safety and for further full warranty service. Adjustment of the product, the procedure for which is described in the user manual, is not included in the warranty service.
SIA “DCP” does not assume responsibility for possible damage that the device may cause directly or indirectly to people, pets, property, if this occurred in the event of non-compliance with the product installation, user manual and conditions.
