Description
The AC7710 Audio Extender is the solution to extend digital or analog audio signals over a distance of up to 300 meters via a single CAT5e/6 cable. The built-in Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) converts effortlessly digital audio signals to analog. The extender set features Power over Cable and is compatible with a wide variety of audio formats.

The AC7710 audio extender can transmit high-quality audio signals over a single CAT5e/6 cable, reaching distances of up to 300 meters at 48kHz, 150 meters at 96kHz, or 100 meters at 192kHz, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of applications. The integrated DAC effortlessly transforms 2-channel digital audio signals into analog format.

Bi-directional Power over Cable
The audio extender set supports bi-directional Power over Cable (PoC). Either the transmitter or the receiver unit requires power. The other unit gets its power via the connected CAT5e/6 cable.

Supports a wide range of audio formats
A wide variety of audio formats is supported by the AC7710, including PCM 2.0, LPCM, DTS, Dolby Digital, and Dolby Digital Plus. Please note: the supported audio formats depend on the selected application.

There are 3 applications possible:
  1. Input: digital PCM 2.0 / Output: digital SPDIF + analog RCA
  2. Input: digital Multi-channel audio / Output: digital SPDIF
  3. Input: analog RCA / analog RCA
