Description
| Use the ACT TD168P CAT6A pass-through shielded modular RJ45 connector for a more convenient installation of the connector on a CAT6A 24-26 AWG cable. Push the cable wires through the pass-through connector and use ACT’s TD168T crimp tool to secure the connector to a solid or stranded CAT6A cable. Pass-through connector The TD168P connector has a pass-through feature for easier installation than conventional RJ45 connectors. With this feature there’s no need to cut the wires in advance. Feed the wires through the connector according to the T568A or T568B wiring scheme and use the ACT TD168T crimp tool to crimp the connector to the cable. ACT TD168T Crimp Tool The TD168T crimp tool is the ideal companion for crimping a pass-through RJ45 connector onto an ethernet cable. Cut the cable, strip the jacket and crimp the pass-through connector onto the cable while cutting the wires with this all-in-one tool.
