Description
| There is an increasing number of applications wherein permanent cables are directly connected to equipment like media extenders, camera’s and Wi-Fi access points. This equipment has RJ45 ports so the RJ45 connector is directly terminated on the cable. Point of attention is to chose an RJ45 connector that is suited for use with solid wiring with a larger diameter.
Multimedia Connect has a special rotating RJ45 plug for this application. This is a plug that you can rotate in a radius of 135°. By using unique technology with a flexible PCB this connector is very compact and reliable. This connector can be used toolless without a crimping tool.
