Description
Use the ACT AC7815 HDMI KVM extender set for controlling a computer located at a distance up to 70 meters by using a single CAT6A cable. The connected CAT cable transfers the HDMI signal, keyboard and mouse input, supporting a resolution of 4K@60Hz and 18Gbps bandwidth. The transmitter features a local loop HDMI port for connecting an additional HDMI screen.

Control a computer at a distance up to 70 meters

The AC7815 HDMI KVM extender is the solution for connecting and controlling a desktop computer over a long distance up to 70 meters via a CAT6A cable. Ideal for situations where the PC is located at a separate located such as a server room.

Supports up to 4K@60Hz
The HDMI KVM extender supports 4K@60Hz, 4:4:4 12-bit, HDMI 2.0 and is HDCP 2.2 compliant. The EDID emulator in the KVM extender transfers the correct display information from the monitors to the connected computer.

Connect a local loop HDMI display
The transmitter unit has an additional HDMI output for connecting a local TV or monitor. The content of the source device can be displayed on this screen near the transmitter unit.

Power over Cable support via CAT
The HDMI KVM extender set supports bi-directional Power over Cable (PoC) via CAT6A. Either the transmitter unit or the receiver unit requires power. The other unit receives power via the connected UTP cable.
The power connection on the HDMI KVM extender is secured with a screw lock to prevent accidental disconnection.

EDID support
The AC7815 supports EDID (Extended Display Identification) copy function to ensure that the resolution is communicated correctly between the source device and the output devices.

Additional features
The AC7815 has two USB 1.1 ports for connecting input peripherals such as a keyboard and a mouse. The switch also has a 3.5mm audio jack for connecting headphones or speakers. The set comes with mounting brackets for wall or desk installation.
