A USB 3.2 (Gen 2) enclosure for 2.5" SATA SSDs and HDDs with a height of up to 9.5 mm can be installed here safely and completely without tools. The additional silicone cover protects against damage in the event of a fall. The installed storage is therefore ideally protected and can travel safely in your luggage. The USB Type-C connection ensures transfer rates of up to 10 Gbit/s and thus super fast data exchange. At the same time, the case is backwards compatible with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.100% toolless The IB-246-C31-G is an aluminium enclosure into which a 2.5" SATA hard disk can be installed. No tools at all are needed to install the SSD, which makes it quick and easy to do anywhere. SSDs or HDDs with a height of up to 9.5 mm can be installed.Well protected A silicone sleeve can optionally be placed around the enclosure. This not only provides a non-slip grip, but also protects the installed hard drive from possible damage in the event of a fall. The silicone sleeve and a USB Type-C cable are included in the scope of delivery.High throughput With USB 3.2 (Gen 2), a data speed of up to 10 Gbit/s is available via the USB Type-C connection. This means you can transfer your data from your SATA III SSD at around 550 MB/s. To put this into words: this is roughly equivalent to copying 140 holiday pictures in just one second.
