This converter by Delock enables the installation of an M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD with key M or SATA M.2 SSD with key B in 2280, 2260, 2242 and 2230 format. When using a NVMe SSD, the converter is connected to the U.2 interface, connected to the SATA interface when using a SATA SSD.

Suitable for 2.5″ bay
The converter can be plugged into a 2.5″ bay of a docking station for HDD / SSD.

The special feature of this enclosure is that no tools are required to install the M.2 SSD. The SSD is inserted into the slot and attached to the board with a rubber nipple.

Good cooling
At the top part, which is made of metal, a connection to the SSD is made via a thermal conduction pad inside. This ensures a cooling of the SSD.
